“Good value for money in a great location”

Good location close to Charlottenhof Bahnhof and walking distance to Sanssouci Gardens and der Havel. The area is quiet and safe as I arrived after dark. Communication with the management was straightforward by email for check in and check out processing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The whole check in procedure was very easy.

Finally, a hotel with a proper size trash bin!!!

Ideal for public transport, warm bedding, everything we needed in the flat, plenty towels, guys in the basement were very helpful to anything we asked them. If we were coming back to Potsdam we would use flat again if possible

“Acceptable weekend getaway in Potsdam”

The property is actually a villa between blocks of flats. The property owners were very prompt when I called them with an issue and the hand-over of the room was contactless. The room was small and old style, but clean. It had good wi-fi. The location was near a train station, but I realized that in Potsdam, there were actually two stations. At the time of our visit, there were some issues with the rail traffic, so we did not use it after all. From the location, we could easily reach the city center by foot.

The location is great, many sightseeing spots are within walking distance. The room was clean and well equipped.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and very clean room, location.

Self service guesthouse located in the residential neighborhood - about 20 minute walk to town. Room was simple, but clean, vending and washing machines in the basement.

Really quiet and clean place only 4-5 minutes walk from Potsdam Charlottenhof station. It was ideal for me to catch the train to Berlin Airport. Contactless check in worked as advertised. Nice touch with clothes washing and ironing facilities and the snacks and coffee vending machines downstairs.

It was a great stay. The building is located in a lovely and quiet part of Potsdam, very close to the lake. The room was excellent—clean and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped, and check-in was very easy. Special thanks to Ron Eckert for his support with our forgotten items

“Easy for a quick overnight stay”

Room is as described. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and wifi worked great. The ceiling fan was a delight and did a grat job cooling the room at night! A few shops and grocery 10 minute walk away. Access was contact-less and easy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Mini-fridge in room was nice. I appreciate the later check-out (11am).

“Perfect place near Sanssouci”

The place was clean, spacious and well equipped. Our suite consisted of a bedroom, large bathroom, nice living room with a sofa that could be easily turned into a bed, kitchen area and outdoor terrace. With a laundry room and a snack area in the common area. In a walkable distance to Sanssouci park with all major sights. For more than reasonable price this was a perfect place to stay!
