Great location, few steps to the town … second time we have stayed here. We had originally booked a triple room but on arrival the room only had a double and single. They quickly sorted this out and gave us an additional room at no extra cost.

I had to issue a hotel complaint due to an item left in the room and that one staff member took. Despite 2 separate visits post check out to the hotel, and issuing a complaint the hotel has not yet returned this item to my home address.
