it was a great vacation! the apartments had everything we needed. the owner met us on time. the apartments were clean, the bed and towels were fresh. there are great beaches near the house, as well as shops with everything you need. the road to the airport took 60 minutes. i recommend these apartments for living, especially families with children. thank you for a great vacation!

The apartment was nice and comfortable for the whole family, located in a quiet, peaceful area, and the beach and all attractions were available within a few minutes by car. There was enough space in the bedrooms and living room. We liked the garden and the shady patio, where we could enjoy meals together at the large table. The kitchen was very well equipped, we especially often used the ice maker, coffee maker and toaster. The owner Angelo was very friendly, responsive, helpful if we needed anything. The children enjoyed meeting the family pets, Bruno the dog, and the cats.

In short, it felt like home! We were 4 people and had plenty of space: 2 big bedrooms, with more than enough storage, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (American fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, espresso machine with Lavazza pods, coffee filter, kettle). It’s 5-7 min drive from the beach and restaurants, which we were aware of when decided to book. The fact the owners live on the same property didn’t bother us, like I’ve seen in some comments. They gave us space and have been super friendly and helpful. We had our separate patio, with dinning table and sofa and a lot of beautiful flowers. You can tell the landscape is very well taken care of. AC is placed in the living room and cools down the entire ground floor easily. If you have kids, they have a small play area. If you are an animal lover, there are 3 cats and one dog. Super cute!

It's a really nice and comfortable apartment in a big house, with a big well-kept and children safe garden. You will find everything you need in the apartment for a long stay such as fully equipped kitchen, big TV with cable channels, IPTV, extra towels and bed linen. The apartment was spotless clean. We were family of 5 (3 adults + 2 children) and the apartment with its terrace and garden was very comfortable for all of us. What is most important, the house is family friendly, children friendly and pet friendly. The owners are such a nice people, we have immediately become friends, like we know each other for years. At the same time, they could be also so discreet, you may never see them should you wish to (they are at work most of the time anyway). They would go an extra mile to make you feel welcomed and like at home. They also lend us beach loungers and chairs to use during our stay. We also liked the location very much, as it is off the road, noise etc. yet just few minutes drive to Kalandra, Posidi village, closest markets and the east/west Posidi beaches. We didn't mind driving though, because the location is what we liked the most, peace and quiet in the morning, nice breeze and beautiful garden where we could have our coffee and breakfast.
