Very well located in the centre of the lovely village of Poschiavo, which is pedestrianised, so very quiet. We had a wood panelled room, which smelled wonderful. Beds comfortable and breakfast lovely. We also had an evening meal in the square outside, which though not cheap (this is Switzerland) was very nice.

Lovely breakfast and the hotel was exactly as advertised, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I thought this was an overrated property. Right from the location to the quality and amenities it was below par considering it was in Swiss. Only upside is the good customer service and quality of food which was served in the adjoining area.

Classic building but very well maintained. Very close to the train station. Has a restaurant as well

The rooms were very clean, lovely sheets, and the rooms have been renovated (compared to some of the pictures I saw online). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is gorgeous!

“Lovely stop-over”

Hotel was very clean and cosy - traditional decor rather than super-modern. Breakfast was good. Located right in the middle of this pretty little town - we just stopped overnight while travelling the Bernina Express. We're keen walkers and should/could have stayed longer to do some walking in the area. We had a lovely dinner in the sister hotel just across the square.

Breakfast was fine. Sufficient choice and enough of it. The young lady serving supper was, apparently, on her own so she was run off her feet and we had to wait a while before she could seat us. Supper menu was adequate and the meal tasty.

Very friendly staff. Parking available right beside the hotel. Breakfast was plenty. Coffee very good. Dinner was excellent at a decent price. It's the second time I've been here for a stopover. Definitely can recommend.
