“Lovely location just nearby downtown”
So I will say the staff are some of the kindest, most understanding, and caring folks. I had a dreadful travel incident before arriving and they immediately took care of my needs. The location was rather good too, nearby some good food places and only a 15 minute walk from the ferry, along with a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk.

“Convenient”
The breakfast and coffee were great. Room was comfortable and warm. The staff was helpful and tried to resolve all issues in a fast manner.

Dollar for dollar, a good value. It is close enough to downtown and has plenty of services and quick eateries around

“I will never be staying at this hotel again and they should not be recommend to others.”
This was the crappiest hotel experience I have EVER had!!!! The hotel staff was the worst! They charged me extra charges with no refund and 15 minutes into my stay I had to book another hotel at redroof in just so I could get out of that terrible situation. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The woman who handles the breakfast bar is the best employee at this location. She is such a kind woman and keeps a smile on her face! She really helped me feel better about my stay. I wish her well!!! The breakfast was suitable and nice! the location was perfect for limiters members needing to go to the naval medical hospital Portsmouth.

“IT IS IN A RUNDOWN PART OF TOWN”
Breakfast was OK, but they want you to stay in there little eating area with your food, that kind of sucks when there isn't enough seating. I PAID FOR A ROOM, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE MY BREAKFAST THERE.
