A great house for a group with 2 indoor living spaces, a huge dining table and great outdoor space. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We were a group of friends but could see how it would be perfect for families. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location, quiet, spacious and has two living areas. Heaps of games and stuff to keep the kids happy but also super comfy. And the host was awesome. Really friendly, making the stay feel even better.

The property was located in a quiet area of Portsea and still close to Sorrento. The house was spotless clean with all amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable. Fantastic for families or a couple. Open fireplace inside and a fire pit located outside. The host's communication was absolutely amazing. Thank you for having us stay. Totally recommend A++++++++ we will be back.

Kelly was great to deal with! The place has everything you need for a lovely weekend away. Such a beautiful beach just a couple of minutes up the road. Fire pit is such a great touch for the chilly winter night! Beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was wonderful too!!

Excellent property with everything you need for a family stay. Superb location for getting around Portsea, Sorrento and further in to the Mornington Peninsula. The hosts were very accommodating providing lots of extra information about the surrounding area. We had a wonderful 2 night stay and would visit again.

Clean cosy house with excellent amenities and everything you might need for entertainment, games, beach trip, cooking, washing and even snacks, water and basic food left in case you didn't bring any. Kelly is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with.

Host was very easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. They were also really relaxed and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area. Also very generous on check in and check out times. Thanks for helping us have a great couple of days away.

The house provided us with all wee needed for our weekend away, comfortable, well stocked with everything form kitchen to games and outside activity. It is in a great location in between the back beach and the town centre. Easy walk into town or beach. Kelly was a great host with lots of helpful hints for the area. and quick to respond to all our needs. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.
