“Didn't stay because of COVID. The host was not comprehensive and the comunication was terrible.”
I could not go because our family was infected by COVID in the days before. The host didn't agree to cancel the stay or reschedule to another date. The communication was terrible. The host only answered one question and only said that the rescheduled dates that I suggested were unavailable, although the dates were shown as available on the Booking site. After that, no more responses.
