“This hotel is magic. Splendid as the hotel is named. Overlooking the bay, this is the best spot.”
The location was excellent. The General Manager and all the staff were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and service was excellent. We really appreciated our upgrade and Ruinart champagne with canapés with compliments for our 30th wedding anniversary. Special thanks to the 3 Andreas, Lucia, Guiseppe, Frederico, the General Manager Michela, all the Front Office staff and the lucky Mascot Molly. The concierge team were excellent with all the restaurant recommendations. We also visited the sister hotel The Splendido for lunch and afternoon swimming. Food & service were excellent. Stunning views and very tranquil. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back. ❤️

“Wonderful Holiday in Portofino”
Great location in the centre of town and right across the port - a lot more convenient than Splendido’s location in the hills. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and very attentive to every guest. Really made our stay feel personalised. The hotel itself is cosy and stylish, the rooms are spacious, and not to mention the wonderful terrace restaurants.
