The swimming pool, gym, roof terrace and reception/ground floor are well renovated and very nice. The location is quite good as we are not far away from the village which has amazing restaurants and walks. There was a varied selection at the breakfast. We really enjoyed the music and activities available.

Excellent ambience, and live music on the rooftop adds a nice touch to the evenings.

The entire property, including the rooms, was exceptionally clean. The food was always fresh, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was renovated, clean, the bed comfortable and the hotel reception was very nice but the building itself it's a bit old, so in terms of adding new facilities to the rooms or implementing an outstanding design, there is no space to do so. However, the hotel is very nice and worth choosing it for your holiday. The pools looked ok, they were cleaned up every morning.

Just perfect! Loved it all, from interior, chilling next to the pool, enjoying the view from the rooftop, adorable staff, location.... And breakfast is next level! For people arriving with a car - no worries, there are lots of places around the hotel to park for free Dinner - Minim Gastrobar Ice cream - Bella Mia Beach - Cala Llombards

“Incredibly peaceful environment with lots to offer.”

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and quality food so you could have something different every day. So many included activities, we did yoga and kayaking. Pool area was very relaxing and peaceful, comfiest sunbeds I've ever used and plenty of space, never felt overcrowded or noisy. Great location too, perfect for those wanting resort facilities but in a smaller more peaceful location.

Very nice hotel with modern design.

I’m happy we survived breakfast and dinner. Quality of food and selection were astonishing. Hotel is located in a very beautiful area perfect for sunsets and beach vacation.

“Worst experience ever at an accomodation.”

A complete failure. We were given a room above which there was the whole air conditioning system, therefore there was a continuous noise almost equivalent to a person speaking normally. After 2 nights they changed the room and at least we could sleep for the rest of time. Bathroom was dirty, in the first room the toilet was not clean when we checked in. Then in the 2nd room the smell in the bathroom was similar to a public toilet. The room that we booked was 'marketed' as having a double bed, when in fact there were 2 twin beds close to each other that were distancing. We kindly asked a basic first aid kit because my husband got a wound and they provided us a dissinfectant that was expired for 4 months, it is unacceptable and even illegal that such an accomodation of so called 4 stars does not have a basic first aid kit. We made a complaint to booking to get a refund, they completely ignored them and us. Even at checkout when we wanted to discuss with the manager she was there, and completely avoided talking to us ( she pretented she had a meeting and run away from us).

“Fantastic hotel with great staff”

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and extremely clean. Lovely and friendly staff. Almost 20 years I have been coming to this hotel, and still my favourite.
