Location is remote and quiet, excellent for easy biking with nature reserve nearby. The room was comfortable, modestly but nicely equipped in "nature" style, and exquisitely clean. Hosts are nice, chatty and helpful.

We had an amazing time staying there. Despite us knowing only a few Italian words, the hosts did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs. Lovely nature, tasty breakfast, very clean rooms and amazing beaches (drive distance), so definitely worth the money!

It is the perfect place if you need some rest. Pure nature and flat landscape for biking. Close to a very charming beach side.

So quiet and peaceful among the birds, water and green of the Delta. The people there are super friendly. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was basic but fine. We loved being able to use their bicycles.

“Strategically located between Poto Levante & Boccassette. Ideal for bike short tours.”
Virgilio is a an excellent host and very knowledgeable of the area. Boccasette and the adjacent great long wild beach is easily reachable through the Cantarello boat bridge by bike. Breakfast is basic but sufficient to keep you going. It is good value for money.
