“Avoid this place.”
Nie podobało się · After booking and paying through booking.com you are forced to purchase bedding and towels directly which cost us for two days almost 90 EURO !!! Despite paying such an absurd amount for linens and towels, we waited until late in the evening to get them, which prevented us from freshening up after the trip and using the pool - and to be clear after many phone interventions in which we had to deal with some real estate agency in Milan. And the pool is another absurdity. Open only during designated hours with a break in the middle of the day (???!!!!). At 12:00 pm you are supposed to leave the pool with your children and wait for the staff to return from lunch until 2:00 pm. And the height of absurdity is the compulsory swimming in the pool in swim caps while not informed about it when booking the apartment. We drove around the local stores the whole evening to buy swimming caps to have a chance to use the swimming pool the next morning. Another idiocy is the technical crew of the facility, which starts mowing the grass with noisy combustion equipment under the windows of the apartment at 7:00 am. Avoid this place if you can.
