“Relaxing and beautiful place to stay”

Very nice place, located between Fermo and Porto San Giorgio (both places worth a visit, if you go to the latter book also a table to Retroscena!). I think it's even nicer if you have good weather, for us unfortunately in rained.

We stayed for 1 night on our way back from the south of Italy. The property has a great panoramic view over the town, lovely garden and big and clean swimming pool. I would love to spend here one more night to enjoy the facilities a bit more. Breakfast was tasty and various, but as non-italian I would appreciate a bit of more salty selection :) Parking is convenient, the owner is very polite and pleasant to communicate with.
