We had a fantastic stay at Casale di Monserrato. It is a charming and peaceful place that is very well decorated and maintained. The room of old stones is clean and cosy and we were welcomed with a Prosecco. The garden is beautiful with its outdoor pool, surrounded by the wild valley of Sanctuario di Monserrato. Luca is a friendly and dedicated host with an eye for detail. He gave us some excellent recommendations about beaches and restaurants on the island which he knows extensively since he was born there. Rosaria, who we had breakfast chats with, is also very friendly. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the orange and lemon marmalade. We highly recommend this place to couples and families. The location is ideal, close to Porto Azzurro for drinks and dinner in the evening after a long day of outdoor activities but at the same time the Casale has its own calm in the valley.

“Beauty that needs to be experienced”
Casale di Monserato is a beautiful house from 1616, a few kilometers from Porto Azzurro. A splendid courtyard surrounded by wild nature, flowers and the scent of orange trees, tastefully furnished apartments, each of which tells an authentic story. If you are looking for something authentic, where every detail is chosen with love and where you can breathe harmony, an excellent breakfast and much more, I recommend this structure. The owner Luca, with his kindness and advice for visiting this wonderful island, makes the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

If you are a looking for a quite location, away from your phone or laptop, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. “Quiet and lovely place”
Lovely staff, beautiful ancient monastery from XVII century perfectly reformed. Very quite place with a lovely garden and a small pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Super clean, very comfy rooms and delicious breakfast!

“Perfect Place”
Wonderful accommodation. We loved everything. Beautiful 'Casale', nice and large rooms, convenient parking and good breakfast. The staff was all time nice and helped us with restaurant reservations too and with maby convenient advices.
