“A home away from home”
Stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The home is really lovely and tranquil, surrounded by nature. We loved just sitting on the porch in the evening taking it all in. The rooms are really tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a restful stay after a couple of days in the hustle & bustle of Montreal. David and Alicia are amazing hosts and made us feel right at home and the breakfast they offered in the morning was delicious!

The bathroom, my bedroom and dining area were all very nice nice. Bed was very comfortable. The coffee bar upstairs was quite impressive (so much selection). The host was also a lovely man. The surroundings sounded very nice but I didn't have time to explore.

The lovely couple who owns the place. Nice chat, a couple of time, with the owner and his wife. The food is amazing and almost everything is prepared by them. Try their High tea and their fixed-price menu. The breakfast changed every morning and is very delicious!

Breakfast was amazing both mornings. The host couple are very talented and extremely friendly. We were riding the Cataraqui Trail and Stonegate is conveniently located within a few km of the trail.

“Best B&B I've ever stayed in.”
Excellent Hosts (Dave & Eylse). The place was comfortable and welcoming. Exceptionally clean and very well done in regards to set-up. Everything you need is there for you and if not the Hosts will do their best to accomate you. The breakfast in the morning is extraordinary. and am sure to return just for breakfast.

“A very good place to stop, relax, enjoy nature.”
Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yoghurt, and granola, followed by a very large pan-sized bacon, egg and garlic souffle. Property was extremely quiet and hosts were most welcoming and wishing to make us very comfortable. Property was very rural and lovely.
