The hotel staff were so very lovely and accommodating to our hen party. Food was delicious and the lobby area and outside area next to the pool were so serene and relaxing. Special thank you to Carmen who made our stay absolute perfection! You can tell she takes the happiness of the guests at the hotel to heart and really goes above and beyond to help.

The management staff are extremely efficient, helpful and friendly, especially Carmen. All staff presented as a well run team, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel decor is of a very high quality. Great selection for breakfast, which varied daily. Large heated outdoor jacuzzi was great to relax in. Junior suite room was spacious with fantastic sea views. Comfy bed, useful furniture and an excellent power shower with quality body care products.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Mallorca (Portals Nous). Breakfast was excellent with many options. We were kindly given an upgrade and an exceptionally late check-out, which made a huge difference since our return flight was at night. The entire team was incredibly warm and hospitable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Carmen for her kindness and for making our stay truly pleasant.
