“Great location, and a very comfortable hotel.”
Very comfortable beds and had a spacious superior room with a sun terrace. Sinks could do with plugs, and you may need to ask for a kettle if you're British, but the Nespresso coffee machines are good as was the complimentary water. Central local very convenient for Portals Nous, the Port, Palma, and the cycle route all the way to Port Adriano. Breakfast also very good. Excellent staff. With a hire car it was 20 minutes to the airport in the early morning. Will take longer due to traffic later in the day. Overall great location.

Rooms were excellent, very spacious and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area clean with plenty of sun beds and towels.

Great location for a lastminute booking and if you have a car to explore the rest of the island. Since Portal Nous has a nice harbour on walking distance from the hotel but is also one of the more expensive luxurious areas to go out for dinner. The reception staff is very friendly, professional and always available to help you out. 10/10 for them Breakfast offer is a nice buffet with options to order eggs to your liking, also here the staff adds to the experience.

“Overpriced, and too remote.”
I booked two rooms at this hotel. This was the suite, a booking made requesting Twin beds. The room was large. The bathroom fine. Nice shower. Bidet a nice touch. Good wardrobe and drawer facilities. Quiet hotel. Pleasant staff. Convenient car park right in front of the hotel. Unlike the second room that my wife and daughter had, at least the shower was in the bathroom, not on the balcony. Breakfast was available. The downstairs lounge area of the hotel was very comfortable. Excellent supermarket next door if needed. Happy to say that the cafe opposite, Cafe Mozart had great food with a minimum walk. There are other restaurants, but I assume these were closed due to being early in the season. Nice touch with the two bottles of water.

“Not what I expected some of the staff very dismissive”
The property was very modern and nice the guy on the reception very friendly but could not resolve the problem we had . The breakfast was good quality and the staff friendly and helpful. But there was a problem with the coffee machine as they water tasted like it needed the water filter changing

“Odd , but nice.”
Pool area was nice. Lovely staff. Adults only. Quiet. A hotel that tries very hard...but doesn't quite tick the boxes. No complaints at all, just some odd quirks. Excellent storage space in the room.
