Clean and comfortable for a couple of nights recovery from long road trip before flying out of Chicago. The pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent.

“Never again”
Great staff !! The best people there.. down fall every thing is styrofoam- so I couldn’t have what I wanted but the ladies did find me an alternative plate( allergy to styrofoam)

Room was a great size. Loved the shower design. Great location close to tons of restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

“Mediocre and best”
Shower pressure was horrible. There was no fresh fruit and waffles for breakfast. There was a lot of noise on the first floor and when asked to be moved to another floor I was not given the option

“I would stay here again if I need to but may try another hotel first to see the comparison.”
The bed was very comfortable. and the room was big and spacious. the temperature was adequate also. Clean room and nice.

Room was dark, low light and only at the hall Old rusty shower, no soap filling, I had to go ask for some. Noisy across the pool, Breakfast very basic even for holidayinn express.
