The location is great, with water views and beautiful gardens and grounds. Staff are super helpful and pleasant and I was remembered and welcomed back by two of the staff who were there when I visited 16 months ago. 💖 Meals in general were fantastic. The first 3 days all meals were exceptional, but on my last day, both lunch and dinner, while okay, were not of the same standard, including one I had on an earlier day. The continental breakfast is very generous and a great start to the day, and there is REAL ground Tanna coffee in the room and a coffee plunger. Easy to get around with minimal steps, which is important to me as I use a walking stick.

Good with lovely refreshing fruit. Good amount. But I didn’t particularly like the bread - not what I’m used to. Good cooling breeze through the room. Evening meals very nice - though beef curry a little strong

the location was nice and quiet and beautiful view of the lagoon. Unit was nice, clean, spacious. Lovely tropical grounds but could use some weeding! Restaurant on site again very quiet but menu had a bit of everything.

I broke my Ankle while in my room and the staff where fantastic. The hotel gave me a room close too the Restaurant and at ground level. I will try and come again. The only negative is that the water at the beach is Polluted and so I could not swim there. You need to speak too your local government about fixing that problem. It is a big negative.

Poppys was incredibly clean, well staffed and beautiful. We felt very at home at poppys and very safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed help.
