“A good introduction to Port Vila and central for a morning stroll to the markets!”
Once we got moved to a pano suite up higher ( from lvl 1 to 5 ) so that we weren't looking at a roof, it was pretty spectacular!

“A very nice hotel pity about the hot water”
The Grand has a matrvellous view of Port Vila harbour, so right down town. The food is generally good. I particularly like the cauliflower curry at lunch. The looby area is nice and are with plenty of sitting spaces and a convenient bar.

“Great renovated central Hotel”
Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good.

The location, the staff were amazing very friendly. The pool area was great, but they did cut up the tiles on put 2nd last day, stopping us from using the pool. That okay, but if it was our 1st day??? Hope they would of let guest know this.

“Central location, poor incident response.”
The hotel was centrally located in Port Vila. We stayed here for 1 night because we had an early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a view over Port Vila Harbour but the hotel is next door to a dock yard which detracts from the view.
