The place is nice, clean and like the pictures, 2 minutes away from the place their is carrefeur market, very good wifi connection in the apartment. Mohamed the owner is very helpful and responsive he offered us more towels if we needed, he suggested places in Portsaid and Portfoad. 5 minutes away from the apartment is the flamingo protectorate by car, the ferry to Portsaid is about 8 minutes away by car.

Beautiful setting, spacious rooms, clean pool in the community, close to the beach or the Suez Canal and flamingo habitat. The hosts are great, very kind to help us

Everything in the experience was amazing and beyond expectation. The host is very nice, helpful, easy to reach and supportive, he met me despite very late arrival. Showed me the spectacular apartment which was very wide, clean, comfortable, equipped with almost everything you need. The location is great, 10 min from amazing quite beautiful private beach and in front of a series of few pools. A 10 min walk nearby large supermarket and few cafes and restaurants. I visited in May, the weather was amazing.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel apartment from 11-13 September 2024 with my wife, daughter, and son, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The apartment was extremely well-organized, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service from the staff. They were incredibly cooperative and supportive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism added a special touch to our vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect getaway in Port Fouad. We will definitely return in the future!

Everything was wonderful.. The chalet is extremely luxurious and elegant.. All the tools, appliances and amenities are available.. The place of residence in nature is more beautiful than the pictures shown.. The treatment is very kind and elegant.. And communication in the event of any inquiry or request was very fast. The resort is quiet and relaxing.. ideal for relaxation.. just steps from Helnan walk (Carrefour and a group of restaurants and cafes) We hope to repeat the experience again. Thank you very much
