“Beautiful, spotless, spacious, yet cosy cottage with stunning views and home from home comforts!”

Loved everything about our stay at Tilbys! The cottage was like a home from home. It was absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was so well-equipped and the views from the lounge and the bedroom were stunning. We sat on the balcony in comfy loungers, bourbon in hand and watched a massive cloud of sea mist float above the water and light up as the setting sun shone through it - beautiful! The owners took care to leave extra towels, extra coffee and tea, extra laundry tabs and loads more besides which meant that we didn't have to. That meant we could just switch off and enjoy our break...bliss :) Location is great for a walk to the local pub/restaurant and a quick drive to more stunning scenery and walks including Botancial Beach.

Tilby's Rainbow Cottage is one of those Booking.YEAH moments where, you open the door and the place you actually booked is 10x better than the place you imagined you booked! The view throughout the entire cottage is spectacular. It is so peaceful and quiet, it's just the best place to unwind and take in the nature around you. The cottage was so clean and spacious and had everything we needed like an amazing kitchen with all the accessories, a BBQ and washer and dryer. We enjoyed breakfasts on the beautifully appointed balcony and I loved the thimble and huckleberries growing on the side of the property (added some colour to the breakfast bowl). Lorena's communications were so prompt and clear. As Port Renfrew is a fairly remote area, we were given plenty of instruction for a smooth check-in and ensuring we were stocked up on what we needed for the stay. I just wished we could have spent more time there! I would highly recommend and would definitely come back!

It was a housekeeping cottage with a good kitchen so we made our own breakfasts. The view from the outside deck was great, overlooking the bay at Port Renfrew.

Amazing ocean views, very nicely furnished with nice appliances and fully stocked with everything you would need, the pictures don’t do the view justice,very quiet and nestled in between more lovely cabins! Very close to everything in Port Renfrew, my 2 little daughters absolutely loved the beaches and everything Port Renfrew has to offer! We will be back for sure!

“A Wonderful Stay at Tilby Cottage with an Amazing Ocean View”

Tilby's Rainbow cottage in Port Renfrew was incredible. So clean and comfortable, and a well stocked, functional kitchen. The water view is amazing and we used the bbq each night. Great spot for hiking in the Port Renfrew area. Short drive to Botanical Beach and Avatar Grove and Lonely Doug.

Absolutely first class, what a great veiw to wake up to. Great place. Highly recommend.

The cottage absolutely lived up to the glowing reviews we'd read before booking. The view is wonderful and the cottage is truly spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is particularly lovely and superbly equipped. Lorena is a very friendly and welcoming host who replied promptly to emails before and during our stay. All in all, a lovely weekend in a stunning location with plenty of wonderful hiking nearby. On our way back to the cottage from Botanical Beach (and other hikes in Juan de Fuca Provincial Park), we parked by the roadside and walked the short trail marked "Mill Bay" which leads to a delightful private little bay with divine views. The local pub has great food and atmosphere ... but be sure to get there before the kitchen closes!

A lot of kitchen stuff - toaster, all kinds of pans, plates etc. You can cook whatever you want! And the outdoor grill is very nice. We liked the view of the water and island. The interior of the cottage is very nice. Will definitely come back again to this place.

Amazing views from living room, bedroom and kitchen. You can wake up looking at the the water, birds chirping, maybe even spotting an eagle sitting in the trees. Easy communication with the hosts via email. Wonderful kitchen with a lot of equipment, amazing barbecue with the best view.
