Amazing service, Mohamed at reception went above and beyond to help me with some arrangements for my group of friends that I was with and anything else that I needed, I had a beautiful suite overlooking the marina and was very happy with my stay, will be back again next year!

Hotel really well located. The hotel looks great, with good facilities and a comfortable room overlooking the pool. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It was especially nice to be welcomed by a lady at reception, among so many men.

I spent an amazing time in this hotel. Food and drinks were really tasty and everyone could find something for them. Very helpfull people working there, very nice and always smiling. Special thanks to guys from reception Mohammed and Fatah we gonna miss them so much. Big rooms with amazing view. Free wifi on beach, pool rooms and the whole hotel. Fresh towels everyday and unlimitted source of bottled water. Amazing animators and animations, you can't get bored in this hotel.

Everything here is perfect Starting with the food, it was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly. And I send my greetings to fateh The receptionist was very friendly; you are truly lucky to have a king like him. The activities were very enjoyable The views are breathtaking Truly, everything was perfect. And of course, this won't be my last trip here. I wish you all the best.

Accommodation in self contained resort with numerous restaurants & shops right in the complex. Quite nice swimming beach & generally quiet compared to elsewhere in Egypt. Room was immaculately clean and the buffet breakfast and dinner was varied, fresh, well prepared and delicious.

Helpful staff especially the front desk staff Mr Abdel Fattah and Mohamed.

Easy to get to from the airport & the hotel has everything you want on vacation. Service is friendly & helpful. Great place to relax & enjoy yourself at the beach or at the pool. Food was good as well.

Short stay night before departing for a dive trip. At the Marina. Very large, comfortable suite with a lovely balcony over looking the tour and dive boats moored below. Property/rooms access through the market with lots of nice shops. No issues with noise at all. Wonderful people/vendors. Perhaps one of the best short/commuting stays I've had. Fantastic restaurant in the hotel.

The location

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The compound offers everything you could need, with excellent facilities that suit all needs and wishes.

We booked a twin and got a double. They put in a trudke bed rather than give us what we booked.

Junior suite is a wonderful room. The resort is fantastic, food is delicious, huge, and varied, workers are incredibly polite and friendly. Every request was fulfilled. Beach is awesome and the reef is exactly there.
