The generous sized rooms and very well stocked kitchen.

The location is quiet and beautiful. The host is very friendly and replies promptly. The room is excellent, the bathroom and kitchen are great, and they even provided various jams. We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back again.

Such a lovely property - really appreciated the little extras with breakfast condiments. All the cooking equipment and utensils were good quality and matching!! The gas fireplace was so nice. Also the balcony was so lovely to sit out and have a drink.

Beautiful cottage, very spacious and quaint. Comfy beds and great showers. A really lovely place to stay a bit further out of the town centre. Wish we could have stayed longer

code was provided in an email but not where you would expect to see code under section for property,. the biggest issue was the app was not working and messages are not on the app but can be seen in the web browser login. however while driving you want to see this in your app and not have to dig through emails

Sails is in a quiet spot within easy walking distance of the main streets and short drive to the East beach. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Comfy beds, top quality linen, fantastic kitchen and laundry facilities, great heating.

The accommodation was charming. Beautifully decorated throughout. Everything you could possibly want. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect.

This property was absolutely charming with a short drive to Port Fairy . The attention to detail was obvious so clearly well loved .

Kitchen was excellent with high quality equipment. Bed linen was high quality. Nice lounge area with TV and soundbar with free access to streaming was great. Gas heater was very good. Laundry facilities were excellent.

Sails was a great location. We arrived late in the day, check in was very easy and the house was presented very well - everything was neat, clean and comfortable. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, while still close to town (short drive) for an easy and nice dinner. We were out of the property early the following day, though would have been happy to have a more relaxed stay in the house and location. Sails was great and Port Fairy's a terrific spot!
