The rooms are clean and well maintained. Prefer to add lights for better and equal brightness in house, especially in hall, as its too dark. Lift shall be repaired.

Good location, in between to PD Waterfront and Teluk Kemang. Easy to find restaurant and shopmart. It is walking distance to beach and have nice swimming pool. Got restaurant within the apartment compound with nice food and seaview, really nice for healing 😍

We were lucky that we got a well renovated apartment. All apartments are individually owned, and it is like grabbing a chocolate out of a box: you just don’t know in advance what you are gonna get. We were lucky. In Block A we had bad luck, the days before. The security is very friendly. The sea is very clean and safe for kids as of the very minimal slope. On 2km you have shops and restaurants. Swimming pool has clean water.

The place was clean and fully provided for. Shin was very informative for things to do and kept in touch with easy process to follow for checking in and checking out. The apartment was so close to the beach and easy access to it. The pool was lovely too.

“comfortable, very good price, very good owner”
very2 near the beach, got Banana boat, jetski, volleyball net (not the ball). Rooms were spacious for 14 people, got extra futton bed, maybe could prepare extra pillows by yourself. owner was very nice and able to discuss and answer questions very proper and clear.
