“Would do it again.”
Just some more attention to detail. The pool should be drained and the tiles power washed. The repairs to the ductwork or something of that nature should be completed asap or covered up/coned off in the pool area. We travelled for the pool and hot tub so it just caught my attention. Glad you have both just would dig in on the details.

“The hotel was not clean, breakfast was just okay, the location is less than desirable for vacation.”
The breakfast was okay. The staff was difficult to reach by phone prior to our arrival. After finally getting someone on the phone, one member of the staff was helpful in providing information about area attractions on the telephone prior to our arrival after.

“The staff was very professional, nice and friendly.”
The breakfast was ok, It would have been better if they had eggs. the pool was great, The bathroom needs some work, tiles were broken, the door wouldn't open all the way and the toilet is in a bad spot, as soon as you open the door its in the way. The beds were very comfortable.
