“Wonderful atmosphere and caring staff!”
The staff went out of their way to not only make sure we had everything we needed. They also helped find places to explore. Every year for my birthday I take my mom and nieces out for an adventure somewhere new. The staff was very helpful with local shops, destination ideas and helped me carry items to my room. We will definitely be returning when we are up in that area!

“It sucked”
Be aware of the bug problem. Stayed here 1 night and woke up to bites all over me. Pulled back the covers and there were bed bugs crawling under the covers. Killed 2 and took them to the front desk and I was trying to be discrete about the situation and was told to call back in the afternoon about a refund. So the next day I called back was told the message was never passed on and that the manager would call me. Later that day she called and said they sent the maintenance people in the room that specializes in bugs and nothing was found and that they put others in the room the next night and there was no complaints. I asked if I was getting a refund and the manager was rude and said "well you slept in the room didn't you" I said yes because it happened in the morning and she said well you used the room and maybe you brought them in and refused to give any kind of refund. They are very rude and not professional.

“Probably won't stay there again”
The beds were super hard and uncomfortable, the price was definitely way too high for the quality of hotels.
