We absolutely love going to seaside boutique hotel, every time we go it's just over all amazing service and amenities. Ms Nancy always takes good care of us and makes us feel like family, this is our summer vacation spot and my kids and I love it.

“Excellent hotel near the beach”

Everything was excellent. The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, a gas station, a supermarket, and two parks less than 7 minutes away. The room was nice, with everything you need: good Wi-Fi, a large TV, A/C, refrigerator, space to store your things, and comfortable beds. The facilities include an ice machine and a microwave, which is very helpful during a long stay. The staff was super friendly, from the manager to the cleaners. Parking was right in front of your room, great for packing and unpacking at your leisure. Honestly, very good, I would come back 100%

Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs This hotel was a total disappointment and bears no resemblance to a “boutique” experience. The room was in a disgraceful state: outdated, dirty, and clearly neglected. The shower was rusty, the kitchen greasy and sticky, the cupboards filthy, and the dishcloths disgusting. Even the floor was literally sticky. The towels were covered in stains and hair — I brought them to the front desk as evidence. The receptionist sarcastically replied, “If you like them so much, take them home.” The bedsheet had a large stain that looked like dried urine. The bathroom door was smeared with unidentified dried marks. Every corner of the room was filled with dust and grime. The air conditioner functioned but was so loud it made sleep impossible. There is no breakfast — and no breakfast room either, because it has been demolished. We had booked two nights but left after one — and only stayed the first night because we arrived late. We ended up sleeping on our own air mattress and in sleeping bags because the bed was unusable. Reception was often unmanned, and the surrounding area is completely covered in asphalt — uninviting, grey, and unpleasant, with no greenery or charm whatsoever. At check-in, the hotel charged an additional $27 for no clear reason. I was never given any explanation, no receipt, and despite repeated requests, they have refused to issue any proof of payment for that charge or even a proper invoice for the night we stayed. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. When we voiced our concerns, we were told it was our fault for not leaving to find another hotel at 11 p.m. Truly unbelievable. The only redeeming feature was the location — but no location justifies these appalling conditions. This place should be delisted entirely. Booking.com submitted a complaint on my behalf — the property didn’t even bother to respond. That says everything.

“Close to the sea and friendly staff”

Nancy is a treasure. Our "hotelroom" was realy an appartment. Separate bedroom, bathroom, a livingroom with a kitchenette. No hotel can be closer to the sea.
