We stayed at Kelly's Beachfront Apartments on Thursday, 11 June, and overall had a pleasant stay, although there were some disappointing aspects to our experience. We arrived at approximately 14:30, which was after the official check-in time of 14:00. We had also informed the property about an hour beforehand that we were on our way. Unfortunately, upon arrival, our unit was not ready and it became apparent that it had not yet been cleaned after the previous guests had checked out. As a result, we had to wait around 30 minutes while the housekeeping staff prepared the unit. This was frustrating, as we had travelled a long distance and were looking forward to resting immediately after our arrival. The housekeeping staff were very apologetic and polite throughout, and it was clear that the situation was not their fault. Because the cleaning had to be rushed, the unit was not cleaned to the standard one would expect. The bathroom had a noticeable urine smell, which was unpleasant and detracted from our comfort. That said, the apartment itself is beautiful, the location is outstanding, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The property is situated in a perfect location and has the potential to be a 10/10 destination. Unfortunately, due to the issues we experienced with check-in and cleanliness, I can only rate our stay a 7/10. With better management of arrivals and housekeeping schedules, this property could easily provide an excellent guest experience.

The place is as advertised. It looks stunning, with modern finishes. Loved how spacious it is.

“Could not get hold of the host.”

Neither I nor Booking.com could get hold of the host to give us access to the property. I had to find alternative accommodation or sleep in the street.

This place is PERFECT, Top Notch Quality everything, Inside, Outside, Location is magical, no smell of mould as is usually common with Beach Front Houses, Id give this place 15/10- id normally gatekeep a good place like this but then again, everyone deserves a chance to experience the best things for an insanely low price

Breathtaking Seaview and close to the beach and it is spacious.

Apartment is beautiful and modern at an affordable price. It is close to the beach and also close to restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a great stay. Definitely booking again.
