They had a great gluten free breakfast available as they had been notified in advance of the requirement. Plenty of breakfast options generally and some were home made like pastries and jams.

The hosts were very friendly, with a warm welcome. Tom shared ideas of things to see as we chatted. We felt more like friends than people who met for the first time. The choice at breakfast was wide and of excellent quality, much, like the granola being home made.

After a long day of travelling, we arrived at Tom and Marla's and I have to say, we couldn't have chosen a better place. From the moment you step in, you're at home. Tom and Marla are the epitome of perfect hosts. Their home is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Marla is an outstanding baker who will prepare different yummy cakes, breads, and scones every morning for breakfast. They are attentive and caring. If you don't have any plans for your day, make sure you ask Tom where to go. We visited the most extraordinary places following his advice.

Breakfast was excellent. My wife has gluten allergies and Tom and Marla went out if their way to make sure her needs were met. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also the entire property is beautifully decorated with lots of interesting little knick knacks. We also appreciated the common area with tea, coffee fridge, microwave etc.

Tom and Marla were the loveliest hosts you could ever hope for. The charm of their property and the love they've put into it over the years isn't expressible in photos, so the listing doesn't fully capture the experience of staying here.
