A great little studio, very well equipped, clean, good location. The bed was very comfortable, surprisingly so. They have thought of everything you might need, and all was good quality. I loved the little deck, the view, the binoculars, the bikes were a bonus! The lady who also met me was lovely, although I was late so had to rush her around.

The property is a lovely second floor studio (lift in building) in an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the bay and small boats moored directly in front (binoculars provided). It is very clean and well equipped, with an enclosed balcony overlooking the sea. There are plenty of sheets and towels provided and a very good shower. We were only a few minutes walk from the market hall and a few shops, bars and restaurants. All you need is just a short walk away. It’s also within walking distance of the Pornichet racetrack and we spent a very enjoyable evening there. Pornichet is a lovely quiet resort and felt very safe but if you wanted to spend time somewhere bigger for a change, La Baule is just next door. Arnaud, who met us at the studio, took his time to explain everything and was very welcoming, despite the fact we were well over an hour late, due to traffic volume from the Dordogne north. The lovely, sandy beach was on the doorstep and, in good weather, it would be a perfect place to spend time sunbathing, swimming or walking. We had a few bracing walks in a wet, windy week! Bikes were available if we’d cared to use them.
