A very nice little apartment. The landlady, Petra, is a very kind woman and available to answer any questions. She offers help and good tips for your stay at any time. Very hospitable. The apartment is clean and lovingly decorated. The location, right in Porec, is perfect; you can reach everything by car in about 3-5 minutes, the beach, the old town, etc., and on foot in about 10-15 minutes. All in all, you feel very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended.

“The perfect apartment in Porec.”
The apartment is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly as advertised. The kitchen is complete with the most beautiful tiles. The bed is very comfortable. Petra is a perfect host and gave us good advise on where to eat or go to the beach. A nice welcome drink of Terranino made from gardens grapes was offered upon arrival and we where given a generous portion of grapes from the garden when we left. The garden itself is very rich with Kiwi, grapes, oranges, lime and persimmons. The location to Porec and the Beach in the description is accurate and both are easy to do on foot. We loved our stay here.

“Great stay, great host”
Its was a perfect stay. Petra is such a sweet host (and super beautiful lady :) with very positive energy. I liked her a lot. She even stood up from bed to let me check in quite a bit later then the last possible check in time. She made sure that all was perfect. Appartment is nice, i like the colors and decorations, bed is very comfy! Also got a few helpful recommendations regarding trips and restaurants from Petra. Can recommend her Appartment!!!

“Perfect visit to Porec”
We recently stayed at Riva, we were warmly welcomed at the apartment by Petra's father with a welcome drink. The family are friendly and very welcoming and speak excellent English. The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated, outside is a beautiful terrace surrounded by a garden and the smell of Jasmine in the evening is just perfect. Petra's a great host always available for queries and she has an extensive knowledge about the area. Her recommendations were great whether it was where to eat, parking or great places to visit. We hadn't visited Porec for 42 years so didn't know quite what to expect but it was a perfect trip thanks to Petra thank you
