The Hotel is elegant & nice walking distance to anywhere. The room was excelent with 2 double beds & views. Breakfast was very good. Parking was safe inside the garage.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring Popayan. Pizza's from the hotel restaurant were excellent. Views from the hotel restaurant were brilliant.

Loved the house where the Hotel is located. Our room had a big window facing the town: we could see the top of the main cathedral from our window. The location is good, as you can walk anywhere and get to the main attractions in a few minutes. Very central. Having the restaurant on the 1st floor was very good, especially for the 1st days in the year, when a lot of restaurants in town are closed. Breakfast was good: they switched things around so as not to have the same breakfast every day. Outstanding shower in an excellent and newly renovated bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. They allowed us to park in the garage on site. They provided us filtered water to fill our water bottles during our stay.

Location is perfect. It is just away from the main busy streets so it’s super quiet at night especially having the window open. The staff are super helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help especially Isabella. Breakfast is good.

My wife loved the service and the hotel. We enjoyed our time there. Close to everything. We will be back.
