Set in a castle dating from the late 19th century, Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina offers luxurious rooms . Adult guests have free access to the indoor pool. The location was great, beautiful wiews, very close to the mountains, the staff was very friendly and helpful, atmosphere very nice in the hotel,and very quiet The location is great perfect for ski, short walk to the mountains. The food was really good and lots of options. We really enjoy our stay.

“exceptional”
Breakfast was generous and delicious! The Spa was superb and very relaxing. The location is top: 5 min to the cross-country loipe/track, and the bus at the front door if you want to go further. The view from the room is exceptional. The staff was very polite and supportive; Corrado, the Concierge, went far beyond, was extremely helpful and nice, and made my stay very personal! Thank you to the great team.

I can’t say it was all soo bad. Breakfast was surprisingly pleasant as well as a really nice relaxing swimming pool. Doormen guys were great and super friendly too but Id say this is where all the pluses end.

Great to stay in such a historic hotel. The location is excellent and within easy reach of all the town has to offer. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to / from the station as well as the Muottas Muragl funicular which we took advantage of as soon as we arrived thanks to the very friendly and super helpful staff at the front desk. We had a fantastic afternoon up above the clouds, exploring the snowy peak with a very enjoyable lunch.

The Room, Location, friendly Staff, the Spa services were very nice. They had a pick-up & Drop service to & from Celerina (Ski lifts) which was very useful, but sometimes needs to be pre-booked. They served hot tea & biscuits at the lobby which was a nice touch after a day of skiing.

The views from bedroom window, restaurant where breakfast was served and the spa. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Spa was good too. Comfortable bed and stay. The bus stop is less than 50M, it was so convenient to go to St Moritz, about 10-15mins ride.
