Cold buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cheese, meat, fruits, yoghurts, bread and croissants. Perfect start to a day on the XC skiing trails. Room was very comfortable and clean with a decent sized bathroom and large shower. Nespresso machine as standard in the room and I asked for a kettle and tea bags which were provided at no extra cost. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located in Pontresina, a couple of hundred metres from the bus stop.

We had a very particular stay which was broken down in the middle, but hotel staff was still more than accommodating about it. They even kept our luggage and car and deep cleaned the room during our absence. Everything else was great - we took a slightly larger room and it was very comfortable, even with things like free fruit and chocolates and some free drinks from the bar. It all feels quite new and well maintained and super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast has great choice with different dietary requirements. It even has a (small, but practical) spa and location for access to everything else in town is great. Also good value for money!

“Fantastic Accommodation for a family of four 4️⃣”

We stayed in the family lodge. It was superb for us. We have two teen boys, so the space was great. The hotel were fantastic, they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Pontresina is lovely. We did the horse ride and walked back from Val Roseg. We took the train to St. Moritz. Ideal location for us. We enjoyed the welcome drinks too.

The room was nice, clean and large. Staff at the hotel helpful, took my bags in the morning before check in.

Brilliant staff; gorgeous terrace with amazing mountain views. Loved the spa and the design of the bedrooms, incredible beds and bedding - great bathrooms! They held our luggage and offered to transport it to the station for free, so helpful. The staff were very efficient and polite. Lots of special touches - they saw it was my dad's birthday just from the passport date and sent prosecco to the room! Absolutely loved it. Stayed in 5 places on the Bernina Express and this was by far the best, most beautiful and comfortable. The town is also stunning.and the views from every room were gorgeous.

The location is beautiful. The parking spot was right outside the hotel. The hotel had an elevator. They were nice to give me a late check out until 12.

Hot beverages at breakfast served to table but no waiters materialised in the breakfast area and took the requests.

The hotel feels much more like a 4 or 5-star hotel - it's really a classy place to stay The staff are all very professional, helpful and courteous The rooms are well-appointed and the bedding and toiletries are top quality The hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT - absolutely one of the best restaurants in Pontresina (probably in all of Oberengadin!) Great breakfast with a nice selection of local produce - the cheese and cold meats are lovely Easy to reach by car or by public transport (the hotel will meet you at Pontresina train station) Very clean and hygienic accommodation
