Everything was amazing. I had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. After taking the Bernina train from Italy, I was warmly welcomed by the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Dinner was truly special, with candlelight, a delicious meal, and excellent wine. The view from my window was spectacular, and I had the chance to experience the unique feeling of being in the Swiss mountains. I will definitely come back.

If you dont mind staying in a more remote / natural area away from stores, restaurants, attractions in town, this place is great and better value for money than Pontresina, etc. everything was excellent including the restaurant which is a bit pricey with no alternatives in the vicinity. Travelling with your own vehicle this is not an issue. If you arrive by / rely on public transport, make sure you always check the train / bus schedule to get back in time!!! We did opt for their Chateaubriand special on our last day and it was top notch. Our two bedroom Suite was pretty and clean, it is quiet at night and the hotel is close to Diavolezza cable car station. A free pass for regional transportation is included if you stay multiple nights and is a good deal.

It was so peaceful at the hotel and the surrounding was beautiful-

very nice breakfast with pre-arranged nice seats. A grand buffet in a cozy wooden house. The saddest thing is that we cannot enjoy more for an early travel plan.

The location is just across train station of Bernina express and a bus. Room was spacious with view on the massive rocks in Bernina pass. Breakfast was excellent - local yoghurt, selection of pastry and home made marmalades, hot and cold beverages, great selection of swiss cheese and variety of meat cuts. Dinner is served upon reservation - we ordered cheese fondue, excellent. Parking in front of the hotel, ski room available.

brilliant mtn location, in the Bernina pass with beautiful views and pure nature - but just a few minutes from Pontresina and the Engadin. great skiing at your doorstep with Diavolezza and Lagalb, on piste or touring/snowshoeing.

Location of hotel is fantastic - for travelling by train on the Bernina Express and Red train line, as directly opposite the station. Great to use train to go to St. Moritz and other close locations. The position amongst the mountains is incredible. We had a two bedroom apartment which was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Really nice location. It was great that the room included a ticket for the gondolas and public transport in the region!
