The apartment is spacious and impeccably clean. It is also thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Street parking is available. The owner is exceptionally kind and possesses excellent English language skills. We were delighted to receive delicious, fresh croissants for breakfast. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

This was probably the best booking experience that i have ever had! The apartment is almost luxurious, as it is extremely spacious, and also warmed up to really comfortable temperature, even when we first came in! The staff treated us better than in most 5 star hotels, as they were very friendly and helpful, they even provided us with additional hangers for our wet skiing clothes! Perfect apartment for a skiing trip, as it is designed with that in mind. Very good service and infrastructure. Comfortable and clean beds(and everything else too).

It's a great apartment right in the middle of the town. The beds are comfortable and Claudio, the host is super friendly. The fresh croissants every morning had been a nice and delicious gift. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was clean and spacious.

The appartment is very well equipped and large, right on the main street of Pontebba, which was perfect as we were skiing at Monte Lussari and Nassfeld/Pramollo which are both just a short drive away. Check in is in the bar nearby which is open until 22.00 and the staff are very friendly - they even provided us with free croissants for breakfast. The bar also sells skipasses for Nassfeld, which are a bit cheaper than the ones bought directly at the resort, but they have to be paid for in cash. Overall a great value stay, far exceeded our expectations.

Well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment. You get free croissants for breakfast from the friendly host Claudio at the bar next door. The bar itself is a great place to get breakfast or a drink in the evening. To be repeated.

Our second occasion here. Nice as it was. A walk distance from everything, and a parking spot in front of the apartment. Easy to collect (and return) the keys from the owner who is running the bar next to the apartment. Highly recommended.

“Great accomodation”

The appartment was very spacious and well equipped. There were even some toys and books for children, what appreciated our son. In the morning we got delicious croissants for free. Can only recommend.

We stayed overnight on our Alpe Adria Bike trip. It has all facilities, separate entry hall for bikes (you can also power them up there), kitchen is equipped for a small breakfast or alternatively one can opt for breakfast at the owner's bar next door. Rooms are spacious, clean, the stay was comfortable.

Wery spacious apartement, clean. The apartment was cleaned every day. We even got some breakfast facilities even thou we did not payed for it. The bathroom and kitchen were perfect and we coludnt ask for more. Beds were comfortable and a lot of extra blankets were there.
