Great location, very nice roof top terrace - breakfast in the morning sun! Little „library“ and board games that can be used; delicious breakfast

The guesthouse is simple but the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful in arranging hikes/taxis etc, the bed was much more comfortable than in many much more expensive places we stayed, breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and the location is central and convenient. Highly recommend!

Our best stay in Santo Antão. Very comfortable beds, amazing rooftop with a nice chill area and well located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to very nice restaurants. The host Guillaume was very helpful giving us many useful information about hiking options including well prepared handouts. The rest of the Casa d'Mar team was also super friendly. We felt at home. Not to forget: they serve an amazing breakfast with the best banana bread ever!

Carefull with the first picture that show a swimming pool like atmosphere. There is NO swimming pool. Breakfast is great.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Ponta do Sol. The rooms are quiet and modern and the room I stayed in had an excellent view. Breakfast was exceptional and they even prepared a breakfast for you and delivered to your room early if you needed to leave for the early ferry. They owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful. If hiking is your goal (the main activity in Ponta do Sol), they have developed excellent hiking guides and materials and can also arrange guided hikes if you are interested.
