New and very clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen. Secure parking was great. Staff kindly meet us at the apartment to let us in. Large balcony with dining area.

This accommodation is exceptional. It's brand new, immaculately clean, and is very well equipped. Parking is very secure, spacious, and plentiful. Lots to do in the area, with a lovely town, and a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Giovanni was super friendly and spoke very good English, which helped when he was explaining everything.

Our group of four (a couple and two friends) had a very enjoyable stay at San Martin Holidays Home in the pretty town of Pont-Saint-Martin. The two-bedroom apartment is new, spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary as well as a lot of lovely touches, such as high-quality toiletries from a local manufacturer. The group and I also appreciated the availability of secure parking and the welcome gift and restaurant recommendations we received. This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in, thanks to the outstanding attention to detail of the hosts.

We needed somewhere to stop on our drive from the UK to the Italian coast and this place was perfectly located from the motorway. Staff were super friendly, place was very clean and secure. We travelled with our baby and were able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay

We had a very nice stay. Both Maggie and Giovanni were extraordinary hosts. They even left some presents for our kids on arrival as well as a box with cookies and other specialities from the area. The garden was ideal to have the kids play in the morning before we went out to discover the activities. The house was very new and had all the necessary appliances. It was extremely clean and tidy! We will come back again for sure!

“Lovely stay”

San Martin is lovely place to stay. It is newly built modern spacious apartment. We checked in late and it was quite secure checkin. We struggled to park the car as we didn’t read the instructions properly, but it was easy to open the car gate. There was a goody bag to welcome us in our apartment which was a lovely gesture. Would have loved to stayed longer. Would definitely visit again.

Location, the people, the facilities - all was excellent. Even the welcome bundle of goodies. I had washing machine problems: my fault and i had to call for help and, it couldn’t have been better handled.

New property superbly fitted out with everything you need. Great kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, large rooms, all in excellent condition. Lots of spacious secure parking. Good Wi-Fi. Walking distance through the lovely park into the town with views of the Roman bridge and the castle. Large supermarket 2 minutes drive away. Good takeaway pizza and gelato in the town.
