The location was perfect. 1 minute from the bus stop, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Fabio is an exceptional host with over 10 years experience. Breakfast was really nice and the room is fully air conditioned and spacious.

Sweet attic room with an amazing mountain view from the bathroom. Bed comfy and a nice balcony to sip wine and take in the view of the town. Near local markets and good parking options. Host is super sweet and friendly! Would stay again if in the area!

very convenient for our journey Milan to cervinia. Fabio was very accommodating as we had a very late check in. he spoke good English and was very welcoming. he served us a great breakfast too
