The room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding were good quality and very luxurious. An amazing shower. The attic window was unique. The breakfast was adequate for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the Knights Templar Castle ruins.

Spacious accommodation with a fully fitted kitchen, an amazing bathroom with a spa shower, and extremely comfortable beds. The view from the main window was awesome as we spotted the snowy mountains ahead. It was on the last floor and there is a lift. Location cannot be any better as we parked very close to the Albergue for free and walked to the center and main attractions. Nevertheless it was quiet and we did get a proper sleep at night. Loads of nice places to eat and/or just snack around. The Albergue is very modern and clean. I've never been in an Albergue as nice as this one. I'll be back.

The best and the quality price option in Ponferrada. Everything is near, bars, restaurant, supper market. It’s supper near to the Castle and town hall, and it’s on the way of Santiago de Camino. Easy access to parkings around. Friendly staffs. You will not regret to stay in this amazing place.

Good heating, comfortable mattress, quietness sure a good sleep. Spacious and quiet lobby which is really computer friendly. Fantastic place, we will definitely repeat this experience.

The hotel has amazing facilities. I would like to highlight the multi head shower system in the standard room, the shared sauna room, cycling storage and cleaning facilities, game room. It's really user centric and traveler friendly. The staffs, as always, considered and helpful. We enjoyed the stay, and will definitely come back again.

The common area is amazing and spacious. There are tables and chairs, a fridge and basic kitchen utensils. If you would like to prepare a simple meal, there are two microwaves. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely come again.
