“Excellent!”
It is in a great location for the castle, restaurants, bus routes and a supermarket. I have stayed here before and Carmen is very responsive if you have any questions. The beds are nice and comfortable, and the decoration is very homely. The times that I have stayed there has been milk and coffee there for me to use. The showers are excellent, and the apartment has good heating. I can recommend this apartment very highly and will stay again when I go back to Ponferrada.

Everything! From the onset of booking, Carmen was very communicative, from the location to access. The location is perfect, a great supermarket within 300 metres, bus stops within 200 metres and the castle with excellent cafes, restaurants and bars are an easy 5 minute stroll. The facilities in the kitchen are great and preparing meals was very easy. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent showers and bathrooms. The lounge and dining area are great for eating and getting together. I will not hesitate to book there again.

Felt like a home well equipped and laid out. Very relaxing and in a great location with shops restaurants near.
