“THEY DONT PROVIDE ENTIRE HOME - BE CAREFUL!”

I don't recommend it at all.

We had wonderful stay. It's a big, comfortable, well equipped and spotless house. The location is great, 10-15 min walking distance from Pompei. Easy free parking in front of the house. There are cheap restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive and willing to have you. We hope to stay again.

“Wonderful and welcoming short stay in Pompeii”

Francesca and Agostino were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived later than we expected, and they were very flexible in meeting us with the keys. The apartment is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. We parked our hire car easily. The Wifi connection is excellent. Francesca kindly left us some milk, coffee and cakes. The apartment is a short walk to shops and the Pompeii ruins. We hope to come back to stay longer another time.

Francesca was a wonderful host. The home very spacious, clean, and close to transport. Thank you for picking us up at the station, the house was amazing and had great telly with youtube.

We have travelled extensively and have had a few horrible experiences. We have so much appreciation and gratitude for a host like Sylvia and an accommodation like Casa Cantoniera. Sylvia met us with a warm greeting and assistance to park our car (which was very close and easy). Our checkin was easy, pleasant and comfortable. Sylvia was so warm and welcoming, even providing some food items to make our stay enjoyable. The house itself is incredible and exceeded out expectations. The location may seem far from the archaeological site however it is a lovely walk and so much to see and enjoy along the way. Pompeii itself is a beautiful little town. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thank you Sylvia, You're the best!

“Perfect location”

The apartment is very generous in size, very comfortable for our group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 teens. Free car parking off road. Friendly and helpful host and neighbours. Good location, we walked to the Pompei excavation and restaurants.

Spaceful, like really spaceful. It has everything you need. And the staff is really friendly. Perfect location, super close to Pompei as well. Parking place is at the backyard.

The house is even better than in pics. Excellent location in a very quiet area, modern, spacious (all rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are big), equipped with everything one may need, cleanness was spotless. Easy to park in the building's back yard, or on the quiet street in front. Walking distance from absolutely everything (groceries, cafe, restaurants, shopping, train stations, etc.). 15min walking from the East entrance to Pompei site. View towards the Vesuvius from the kitchen balcony. Francesca and her husband were the perfect hosts; they welcomed us really warmly, explained in detail everything about the house, sent us info on eating places around, helped with info on transportation, and and were there for us during our entire stay to help with anything we needed.

Francesca was very very nice, with our late arriving and meet us personally. Next day she was very helpful with ordering taxi for us. Apartments itself is in quite place, what is really good thing for Pompeii. And in 15 minutes by walk from downtown. Dog on neighbor yard was very sweet with our morning coffee. But yes, he can require some attention in not so comfortable (sleeping) time. But I prefer this dog, instead garbage collectors at ~ 7:30 AM - it was only, what I heard during sleep. You can ask Francesca from which side you prefer to sleep (dog or street).

Bright sunny apartment with balcony outside kitchen, and 2 of the bedrooms. Partial views of Vesuvius from the back door. Comfy kitchen and lounge area for a group of 5. Francesca was great, communicating pre and during visit. Thanks for the starter packs of tea/ Coffee/ Spices/ italian breakfast and washing machine pods. Easy stroll into town.

I loved everything starting from the host to the apartment itself - everything was great. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped, the bedroom is very comfortable, free parking place I feel sorry I had no time to stay much longer in this apartment, but next time I'll be there for more days, for sure, if it is available.

This was a really great place to stay. The pictures were accurate but didn't show quite how nice it is. It is a huge 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a big kitchen and a big living room. It is on the ground floor of a condo building just 5 minutes off the autostrada but very quiet. There is off-street free parking and it is easy to walk to the archaeological site as well as the centre of the town of Pompei. The apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas when we were there. The owners met us at the apartment, though we were a little delayed. They showed us around the apartment and provided great guidance for how to get around town. We really enjoyed the town of Pompei, and had a great guide and great weather at the Pompeii ruins. We spent three nights here and could happily have stayed longer. It was convenient to get to Ercolano, Naples and Salerno and very nice to come back to the comfortable place. The heat worked well (though we didn't need it much), there was plenty of hot water for showers, there were breakfast treats and a good assortment of staples in the kitchen. The bedrooms were all HUGE and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked in a few times and brought prepared food in a few times to eat "at home." The hosts were always available but not intrusive. There were guides in the apartment, including a big wall map, that really helped us get oriented. We were very happy and comfortable, and recommend this place highly to future travellers. Oh, and there is an unobstructed view of Mt. Vesuvius from the kitchen balcony!
