The location was perfect for us as a family group of four adults and two children A quiet rural setting which was a few minutes drive from the beach and Puerto Pollenca and a few minutes from the town of Pollensa. The villa was amazing with a lovely garden in a tranquil setting. We spent most of our time outside using the pool and eating our meals under the shaded patio area There was also a comfortable covered patio at the rear where you could sit and read and enjoy the peaceful setting. The villa was large and had plenty of space inside with nice bathrooms and large bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location to Porta Pollenca but too far to walk, so the bikes need to be upgraded or removed from the property as they were were in very poor condition and un-rideable

The location was just perfect, close to the beach which you can cycle to, or a short drive from Pollenca Old Town. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and the grounds surrounding the Villa are beautiful. The Villa is perfect for families with young children, very safe and secure with electric gates. The rooms are spacious and fully air-conditioned. The patio area is great for entertaining and sitting out in the evening with drinks. We loved it so much we booked again for next year straight away.

house is based in very quiet location , loads of space around the house for kids to play. great size of the swimming pool. 4 big bedrooms with very comfortable beds. house was clean and had everything we needed we came late at night and there was no problem with collecting the keys. the owner Marga was very nice and helpful. would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to have some peaceful vacation far from noisy city

Fantastic garden and places to sit and relax outside, beautiful landscape and small agriculture around (children loved it)

The exterior of the house is truly beautiful! Loved the country feel, and the relaxing atmosphere to be away from "city life" but with easy and fast to access towns and beaches with our rental car. Damian gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and beaches, thank you!!

The villa and it’s surroundings was very picturesque and the outside space was perfect for us as a group of 7.

“Lovely house in the Pollenca countryside”

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. Really quiet with views across the fields all around us. The pool is a good size and nice and deep which meant the temperature stayed nice and cool (July has been hot here). The house functions really well with a good kitchen, strong showers in the bathrooms, and well-functioning air con in the bedrooms. We also had a lot of fun with the table tennis and table football. We'll definitely be coming back!

Marga and her husband received us very warmly at the accommodation. There was even fresh fruit, eggs and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The house is large, and with three bathrooms great for a large group (we were 7 people). The pool is well maintained, there were nice sun beds and several places in and around the house to enjoy. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing, very peaceful and private with great scenery. The villa was perfect and has great amenities inside & out. Particularly enjoyed the BBQ and table football table! The hosts were great and very helpful, even met us on arrival to give a tour and hand over the keys. Would strongly recommend a car to get around the local area, particularly to the shops etc.

beautiful property that can comfortably fit a group and super nice hosts. we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. location is close to two charming towns (Pollenca town 5-mins by car, Alcudia 15-mins) and to Pollenca port for beach time (5-mins). biking is also possible.
