“Fabulous apartments near Town square”

Fabulous ! - warm welcome from the owner with a welcome drink. Great location just a short walk from the town square, ample private parking behind the complex. Really nice pool area. Great apartment, good size rooms, nice balcony. Owner went out of his way to help with such a friendly smile every time. Even though it was very quiet and few guests staying, a lovely fresh breakfast prepared for us. Will definately be back.

The host was so welcoming, friendly, generous and kind. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and lots of homemade touches. There are some areas that are a bit dated, but really that added to the charm of the place. Good central location in Polis, and parking available.

Good size one bed apartment. Nice pool. Great location only a 5 minute walk to the centre. Free parking on site. Rooms cleaned regularly. Adequate kitchen facilities although we only had a simple breakfast each day- didn't cook.

I liked that it was traditional. The property owner is very helpful & kind. He attended to my request when I needed an iron & hair dryer. He follows the traditional way in his mother’s memory following her, recipe in providing home made lemonade, jam.. All this is hard to find in Cyprus, since everything is commercialized in hotels forgetting our special traditional norms. I will like to thank him for his hospitality. The location is ideal because it’s only a few minutes by car to the main center.

The owners were the friendliest most helpful people. Family is everything to them and they made you feel at home. With fresh homemade orange juice on arrival, their mothers special recipe from the fruit on their trees. The room has the best power shower and fully equipped. Kitchen. The beds were amazingly comfortable great night's sleep. The pool was beautiful and sun loungers where so comfortable. We had a lovely glass of wine before we had to head out for business which was local. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like a holiday even though we was a work trip. Felt relaxed and calm.room was upgraded free of charge sea and pool view

The wifi signal was not goid, water pressure in the bath was poor, the light next to our bed wasn’t functioning, the chairs of the balcony were full of dust

Wonderful hotel! A pleasant owner met us at the reception, the room also exceeded our expectations, as well as the availability of parking and everything you might need in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. The hotel is not new, but very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees and a clean swimming pool. The only shower is connected to the toilet and there is no barrier, that is, when you bathe, water spills all over the floor. But for us it did not cause discomfort. Very close to the municipal beach. 15 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel

Super-friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was nicely laid out, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was regularly serviced with clean towels and fresh bed linen. The air con was great and very much a necessity. The apartment overlooked the pool, which was a delight ... never busy and plenty of sun beds. The town centre is close by, with some lovely restaurants. The hotel is also fairly close to the beach and the lovely Latchi harbour.

Owner was very welcoming and friendly and polite. Gave us freshly squeezed juices (fruits from their own garden). Room was very spacious. Kitchen had all needed appliances and tablewares. Rooms seemed like were freshly renovated. Balcony also spacious with seating and clothes horse. Garden is nicely decorated and very well looked after. I haven't seen anywhere else where in hotel garden there would be so many different fruit trees.
