Villa is beautiful, on a very quiet road but still very. lose to restaurants and the beach. The garden with the pool area feel very peaceful and private. The views from upstairs bedrooms is amazing!

“Great villa in a beautiful area”

The beautiful and completely private garden was a highlight for us! We loved our breakfasts on the terrace, chilled afternoons by the pool, and home cooked bbqs in the evenings. Igor and Natalia have created a great home-away-from-home. It was well equipped with all the facilities we needed for our stay (even things like olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea & coffee). The location is great in a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a stone throw away, as are several restaurants. Highly recommended for a holiday stay in beautiful Latchi.

“A great villa in a great location”

The villa was very clean and comfortable with lovely views of the sea and mountains from the upstairs bedrooms. The pool was a good size for swimming and the pool area was very pretty with lots of plants - beautifully lit up at night. Both the pool area and garden behind it are very private and not overlooked by the properties on either side. A very short walk into Latchi. Our host Igor was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

Igor was very friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very safe and quiet area. The house has all the facilities and make our stay pleasant. Loved the BBQ!

Nice comfortable and quiet villa with big private swimming pool and garden in a small gated community. From the rooms you have a beautiful view to the sea. You can reach in few minutes several restaurants, shops and the beach.

The Villa was beautiful, extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. Immaculately clean and tidy. Really comfortable, great location right by the beach and short walk to the harbour. We would highly recommend this villa.

Location is superb. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants & shops. Villa has large rooms and a well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room.
