Perfect. Of maybe 40 or 50 Booking.com stays over the years, this was my best ever experience. The building itself is an architectural gem, beautifully and sympathetically renovated. And the owners are just the friendliest people you could wish to meet. They gave great advice on the region. Breakfasts were superb.

This is such a cute place to stay! My room was very clean and comfortable and it seems like it was recently renovated. The garden in back is a peaceful spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious. Even though I had to leave early, they offered to have breakfast ready at 7am, which was so nice! Elisa and her mom are very warm and welcoming. And the best was Bella, the four-legged welcoming committee. So sweet. I would definitely stay here again.

It was so nice and clean. Very friendly staff that booked a restaurant for us when we arrived a bit late. The best was the breakfast with homemade bread, marmelade and lovely cakes. We really recommend this place!

The owner and her dog are very friendly. Breakfast has a good variety and includes homemade cakes. The room is a decent size and nicely furnished. I had a mountain view. The property is small, but nicely landscaped. It is near Polcenigo, designated as one of the most beautiful towns in the region. A nice restaurant, La Fontaniva, is across the street.
