This is a very well-presented property with everything you would require for a short stay in the Hunter Valley. Anne-Marie was attentive to Booking.com messages and there were little touches to make your stay comfortable.

The property is exceptional with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a relaxing lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. A delightful welcome package was provided with wine and nibbles to enjoy while listening to the birds in the surrounding trees. The air conditioning was most welcome given we were there on two very hot days. The instructions for entry were provided in a timely way and we had no problems gaining entry. We were also offered a late check out which was appreciated. All in all this came highly recommended by other visitors and we were not disappointed.

“Relaxing, comfort at Cypress Lake”

The privately owned Villa is located in the beautiful resort but has all of the personal touches and detail of a holiday home so takes the stay to next level. Yet still in the resort. Loved the host communication and thoughtfulness. I was left a birthday card and lovely Hunter food pack which was delicious and we used over the stay. Would definitely recommend and book again.

The host has been very attentive and considerate by allowing us to check in earlier and check out a bit later. The host also prepared ample snacks and wine, which made us feel very welcomed and looked after. The property is spacious with two en-suites, which is not common for a 2br place, it suited us well as we are two families of two.

Felt like being in an opulent spacious tree-house! Great views of mountain ranges and rest of resort. Every detail was thought of and beautifully provisioned. More than we had hoped for!

This is an outstanding house. All curated extremely well - all down to the smallest detail. It was delightful to stay and if it wasn't for the fact that we had to move on to Sydney, we would have stayed a few days more. A small breakfast was provided, and it was just what we needed. Excellent coffee and the bottle of wine was also good. Highly recommended!
