“Overall, it was very unpleasant stay.”

This was a case of false advertising, as we were unable to access the resort pool shown in the pictures. The property was not properly cleaned, especially the linens. What I found on the linens of the broken sofa bed was extremely revolting. The air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work properly, and it was almost a 40°C day. These issues were mentioned in previous guests’ reviews, yet they have still not been resolved.

The good parts. The location. The bush setting was beautful. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff at the Bistro in the Resort were all very friendly and accomodating. Outdoor deck was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view.

Thank you so much for our lovely getaway. Everything was wonderful and would have loved to have stayed longer.

“Disappointing”

On arrival room was not cleaned from previous guests, dirty towels, linen and dishes throughout apt. Spent quite some time trying to get hold of someone to advise. Finally when we did we were told someone would be there straightaway. We had lunch reservations that we had to cancel as needed facilities to shower having travelled from QLD. We were only staying 1 night to catch up with friends for lunch and concert. We therefore missed our lunch reservation which was unfortunate. We sat in the hotel bar to allow the cleaner to attend to servicing room, went back more than an hour and half later and no one had been further delaying our night out, again having to contact the cleaner to chase up. Was not a great stay for these reasons. Considering the price of the apt was inflated in line with the concert being on, and the fact it compromised our day and made us late we did feel very disappointed.
