Great atmosphere. Really happy with my room 102. Beautiful rooftop for morning yoga or sunset dinner. Breakfast omelette and masala tea are delicious. Thank you Sambu. Thank you Didi. See you again if I come back to Pokhara for sure. Highly recommend.

“Excellent, clean and affordable family run guesthouse”

I loved everything about this property. I stayed here three times on my 3 week trip to Nepal and I couldn’t fault it. The rooms were lovely and so clean, the entire guesthouse was so so clean. The showers all had great pressure and were hot! The hosts/owners were so lovely and always helped whenever I needed it. I stored my luggage whilst trekking and even got laundry done multiple times whilst there, it was done very quickly and very affordably. This property really is a gem and the price can’t be beat. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Pokhara. Thank you so much for hosting me 🙏

“Not worth it, too noisy and bad constructed structure. Misleading rating”

The score this guest house has is very misleading and inflating its price. The building is poorly constructed and rooms have no sound isolation at all, hence if your neighbour coughs you are gonna hear it and in general, there is noise early in the morning. Bathroom is way too small (2 sqm) that small that is impossible to sit on the toilet and to have shower is complicated. Moreover, I found 3 hair on my bed and mattress is paper thin.Overall, for the same price or 3/4$ dollars more Pokhara can give you luxury hotels so this place is really not worth it.

The hosts of this guesthouse are incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. They arranged everything for us – a very experienced guide for our ABC trek, all necessary permits, bus tickets to Kathmandu, and even our laundry – all at very fair prices. The guesthouse itself offers excellent value for money. The rooms are simple but comfortable, we slept very well, and the hot shower was great. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to many good restaurants and the lake. We stayed for four nights in total and would definitely come back.

This property was so spotless, every corner, every aspect was just immaculate. I loved the hospitality of the family running the place. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I even had my washing done there, within a few hours, it was beautifully folded and given back to me. I was astounded at how quickly it was done. It felt really homely, and I guess that's all anyone wants. I ate breakfast there and it was really good. Wifi was excellent.

“Quiet cozy homely room ☺️”

It was really cozy, quiet and away from the bustle of Pokhara. It had everything I was looking for in terms of high quality stay, facilities, cleanliness and food (especially the breakfast and delicious ghee porridge!). I stayed for almost a week and it really did feel like home away from home. Uncle and aunty took great care of me during my stay and I felt so happy to see them again after a very long trek and vice versa ☺️They also helped me plan potential hikes around the area. They were always there for a chat and helped out with so many other things. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙏🏽 and I will definitely see you again!

“Great stay”

I had a wonderful stay at R&R Guesthouse. It’s a small, family-run place and the owners are incredibly friendly and caring — they really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. My room was very clean and well-maintained, and the King Room in particular is spacious and comfortable. I also really appreciated that they let me store my luggage there while I went trekking — super helpful and convenient. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip and can fully recommend R&R Guesthouse to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and felt at home right away. The owner and his wife were extremely welcoming, and the whole place has a warm, friendly atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful hotel with great value, this is definitely a place I would recommend.

If you get the right room it is very quiet, hosts are lovely, breakfast is good and with accessible prices.
