Very friendly and helpful hosts. Big space, very big very comfortable bed which is a big plus. Kitchen well equipped to cook a basic meal. Nice hot shower.

Host was very polite and welcoming. He gave us the bigger apartment in place of our booked smaller studio for the same price as it was vacant. The apartment was very nice. It was very clean and location was in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Also we managed to do our laundry through the host without any charge. A great place to stay.

I had an incredible stay at Nishan Apartments. The apartment itself was above average size for the area, plus everything was clean and the wifi was excellent. I had a beautiful view overlooking Lakeside, which was even better from the rooftop terrace. The building is a short walk to the lake, but far enough removed for it to be a peaceful place to stay. No ask was too big for Nishan and his family, and Nishan himself took the time to show me around and make me feel at home. I would highly recommend staying at Nishan Apartments.

We stayed twice at Nishan Apartments: first in a small but comfortable room, and the second time in a much more spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Good bed and shower, free drinking water available, and only a 15-minute walk to Lakeside, which was perfect for us.

This property is clean, spacious, light comfortable and homely. The family will do anything for you and make you feel like you’re part of the family. Every morning I woke up to the beautiful blue sky, the mountains and the fresh air, just by looking out of any of the many windows looking at the mountains Sky. It was perfect like being close to heaven.

“Great location & quiet stay in Pokhara”

The apartment is in a great location. 10min walk to the Lakeside road and it is quiet in the evening. There are excellent yoga and meditation spots within walking distance. Nishan also provided concierge service for when I needed food in one occasion. The kitchen is equipped with the basics needed to cook and serve (pans, a couple of plates, bowls, cutlery and a good knife and a cutting board). The view from the terrace for the sunset is beautiful. There was a good TV with Netflix. The room is spacious very spacious. Communication was easy and quick. I would definitely go back.

The rooms are modern, comfortable, well equipped. The location is great, so many things to see around by walking, and quick drive to the airport and the rest of Kathmandu. But our best experience was the host and his family. They are lovely and truly genuine people. They made the stay very special to us, helping with everything. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Nishan Apartments. The hospitality was exceptional, Nishan and his team were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the mountain views and the peaceful neighborhood. This is easily one of the best stays we’ve had in Nepal would definitely come back again!
